Accommodating up to 16 guests, this custom-built residence offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, multiple living spaces, a large private heated pool, elevator, and breathtaking Gulf views from expansive porches on every level.

The first-floor welcomes guests with a spacious entertainment lounge featuring plush leather seating, a large-screen television, a dining table with seating for six, which is perfect for playing board games and puzzles, and a stylish bar complete with a sink and under-counter refrigerator. Access from this living space leads directly to the home's private outdoor oasis. Lounge beside the sparkling private pool, unwind on the shallow tanning ledge, or relax on the built-in pool bench while enjoying warm Gulf breezes. A covered outdoor living area offers a 10-person dining table, while the fully equipped outdoor kitchen—featuring a gas grill, sink, and beverage refrigerator—creates the perfect setting for alfresco dining and evening gatherings. Also located on this level is a custom-designed bunk suite with two oversized built-in bunk beds and pull-out trundles, comfortably accommodating up to six guests, along with a full bath that serves both the suite and common areas. One of two laundry rooms is conveniently located on this floor so that you can refresh your swimsuits and towels for your next day's adventures.

The second floor showcases an open-concept design bathed in natural light through expansive windows. The elegant main living area features designer furnishings, comfortable leather sofas, swivel chairs, and a large-screen television for relaxing after a day at the beach. The gourmet kitchen is a culinary masterpiece, thoughtfully equipped with a gas range, double ovens, premium appliances, dual dishwashers, and every convenience needed to entertain with ease. Guests can gather around the oversized island or the impressive 10-foot dining table before stepping onto the spacious balcony to enjoy outdoor dining and panoramic coastal views. Two luxurious king guest suites, each with a private ensuite bath, are also located on this level, providing comfort and privacy for family and friends.

Ascending to the third floor reveals the home's spectacular primary accommodation. The grand primary suite features a king-size bed positioned to capture sweeping Gulf views, a private sitting area with a queen memory-foam sleeper sofa, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom complete with an oversized walk-in shower. A second primary suite with king-size bed offers its own private balcony, providing the perfect vantage point to savor stunning coastal sunsets. Its ensuite bath is highlighted by a custom tropical tile mural, adding a unique touch of artistry and sophistication. This floor also features a convenient beverage station with sink and refrigerator, ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Step outside to the expansive top-floor deck, where some of the most breathtaking views on the Texas coast await. The second laundry area featuring two washers and two dryers ensures every stay remains as effortless as it is luxurious.

Beyond the home itself, guests enjoy convenient beach access and exclusive access to Sunflower Beach Resort's premier amenities. Enjoy two resort-style pools and casual dining at Turtle's Poolside Grill, stay active in the Fitness Center, stroll along the scenic Mermaid Tail Walking Trail, cast a line in the catch-and-release fishing pond, or challenge friends and family on the pickleball courts.
