Our story

Built by locals, run by family

Life In Paradise started in 1985 as a small rental management company. When Martha and David Dore bought it in 1990, they had 13 properties and a vision: use technology to do things better. Their son Steve built custom software to manage bookings when paper calendars weren't cutting it anymore. That commitment to staying ahead—to finding the best tools and keeping things running smoothly—has never stopped. Today we manage over 550 properties and 12 HOAs across Port Aransas, and the third generation of the family is already leading the way.
