Just off to the side is the living room, decorated to the nines and with enough space for gathering family and friends to relax and watch TV. A full bathroom is present on this floor as well and offers a tub/shower combo. Head up the stairs to the top level to reach the incredible living/entertaining room. Watch out for the Kraken on the way up! Complete with a Margarita Maker, Nespresso Machine, Beverage/Wine Cooler, Mini-Bar, and huge flat-screen smart TV, there are endless ways to relax and have fun. Two more bedrooms are on this floor. The first offers an adjustable king-size bed and a Smart TV. The second has another king-size bed and a Smart TV. There are two more full-size bathrooms on this level, both with walk-in showers. Step out onto the final and top-floor balcony and enjoy glimpses of the Gulf while enjoying a coffee in the morning or a homemade margarita at night. All balconies are connected and give access directly to the private pool and hot tub. All TVs have cable via the Spectrum App. Adjustable bed remotes are located in cubbies next to the bed. Please place it back when not in use!

Finally, we step out of the house and head down to the ground level.
